Buena Vista-Bethel SUD will start a temporary Surcharge 7/12/23 during Drought Stage 2, 3, or 4. Residential accounts using over 20,000 gallons a month will be assesed a surcharge in addition to the normal monthly rate. See rate below.

40,001 to 60,000 gallons $6.00
60,001 to 75,000 gallons $7.00
75,001 to 100,000 gallons $10.00
